If a paid plan isn’t right for you, ask within 14 days of a payment and we’ll refund it in full. No questions asked.
Getting a refund
You can ask for a full refund of any payment, a first purchase or a renewal, within 14 days of the date it was charged. Write to [email protected] from the email address on the purchase, or contact Paddle, who sells our plans as merchant of record, through the link in your receipt or at paddle.net.
Paddle sends the money back to the payment method you used. It usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. When a payment is refunded, its plan’s paid features end; the data stays.
Free trials
Creating an organization starts a 28-day trial with nothing to pay and no card needed, so there is nothing to refund. Use it to make sure Keystimate fits your team before you buy.
Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time. It then won’t renew, and you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling on its own doesn’t refund the current period; ask for a refund within 14 days of the payment if you want one.
After 14 days
Payments older than 14 days aren’t refunded, except where the law requires it or when we stop offering the service, as set out in the terms. If something went wrong, such as a double charge or a charge you didn’t expect, write to us anyway and we’ll put it right.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to your rights as a consumer and doesn’t take any away. In the EU and UK you can withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days; our refund window covers that period.
